Events and Communications Coordinator

Biography

Kelsey is the Events and Communications Coordinator at ACE, specializing in executing strategic communications and events, supporting industry partners, external collaborators and internal university networks by delivering engaging communications pieces and events.  

In her role, Kelsey: 

  • Leads the creation and execution of all ACE marketing and promotional materials, digitally and physically.  
  • Coordinates ACE and Ontario Tech University led events within the ACE facility, ensuring a seamless and insured process while boosting engagement and enrichment within the community and university. 
  • Captures compelling photo and video content for digital and print use. 
  • Works closely with ACE’s business team to strengthen communication and marketing materials. 

Kelsey’s work plays an important role in strengthening ACE’s overall brand and marketing strategy through executing campaigns and elevating the facilities communication materials. Her coordination of events supports ACE’s goals of increasing student engagement, supporting further learning and enrichment experiences for students, faculty and staff. 

Kelsey brings a background in communications and marketing, with experience in executing impactful campaigns, crafting compelling content and building meaningful relationships to drive organizational success. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and Digital Media from Ontario Tech University and a HR Management Graduate Certificate from Durham College.
